Responsible Gambling

Casinos with a Curacao licence sit outside national self-exclusion schemes such as GAMSTOP in Great Britain, OASIS in Germany or CRUKS in the Netherlands. That makes the controls you set yourself more important, not less. This page explains which ones work, what to watch for and where to get free, confidential help.

Limits You Can Set Yourself

Before your first deposit, open the account settings and set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. At most operators a lower limit applies straight away, while raising one takes a waiting period, which is exactly the point. Loss limits and session reminders are worth switching on too. If you need a proper break, ask for a cool-off or self-exclusion on that account; a casino that offers this only by email should still act on your request, so keep a copy of what you sent.

Your bank can help as well. Many banks let you block gambling payments in their app, and that block applies to card payments at any casino, whatever its licence. Keeping a separate prepaid balance for gambling, and never topping it up on the same night you've lost, is a simple rule that works for a lot of people. In the UK, registering with GAMSTOP still blocks every site licensed by the Gambling Commission.

Warning Signs

Gambling has stopped being entertainment when you chase losses, play with money meant for rent or bills, borrow to keep going, or hide how much time and money it takes from the people close to you. Feeling restless when you're not playing, or telling yourself one more session will fix a bad week, are signals too. If any of this sounds familiar, stop depositing and talk to someone. The help lines below are free or low-cost and confidential.

Protecting Minors

Nobody under 18, or under the higher legal age in their country, should gamble or use this site. If children share your devices, use a separate login and parental control software, and never leave a casino account signed in or payment details saved in the browser.
